These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Client”) and Michelle Gray, an individual operating as SignalHighStatus.com from the State of New Mexico, USA (“Shelly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, taking the quiz, or purchasing the Sovereign Signal Audit (the “Audit”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Nature of the Services

The Audit and all related content are educational and coaching products. They are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any licensed professional service. No therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship is formed by your purchase or use of the Services.

3. Purchase, Delivery & Pricing

• The Audit is priced at US$333 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Turnaround is targeted at 72 hours from receipt of all required intake materials. Holidays and weekends may extend delivery.
• Prices may change at any time; the price displayed at checkout governs your order.

4. Refund Policy

Because the Audit is a custom, time-intensive digital deliverable produced specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable once intake materials have been reviewed or the deliverable has been started. If you have not yet submitted intake materials, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing hello@signalhighstatus.com.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You will provide truthful, complete information at intake.
• You will only submit materials you have a lawful right to share. Do not submit content involving minors or unlawfully obtained material.
• You are solely responsible for any action you take based on the Audit, including any communications you send to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, frameworks, archetype models, scoring systems, written deliverables, and trademarks are owned by Michelle Gray and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal license to use the Audit deliverable for your own use only. You may not resell, republish, repackage, train AI models on, or redistribute the materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the materials you submit as confidential and use them solely to produce your deliverable, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Testimonials & Results

Any testimonials, case studies, or results referenced on the site are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your own circumstances, effort, and choices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific outcome, reconciliation, relationship, or romantic result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Michelle Gray, her affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or relationships, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or US$333, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Michelle Gray from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, including privacy or intellectual-property rights, or (d) any communication or action you take based on the Audit.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in New Mexico. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may seek small-claims relief or injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement in court.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
